The Hikvision Face Recognition Module for Turnstiles adds hands-free biometric access control to pedestrian entry points. Using Hikvision’s deep learning face recognition engine, it identifies authorised individuals quickly and accurately without them needing to present a card, enter a PIN or touch any surface. This makes entry faster during peak periods and removes the hygiene concerns associated with shared touch surfaces.
It integrates with Hikvision’s access control platform for centralised user management, access records and reporting. The module is well suited to office lobbies, stadium entries, corporate campuses, manufacturing facilities and any high-footfall location that needs secure, efficient and touchless access management.
