Can you move our existing email without losing anything?
Yes. Migrations are planned so mail, contacts and calendars all come across, and we do the cutover outside working hours where possible.
Should we buy Microsoft 365 direct or through you?
Direct is fine if you have someone who can configure and support it. Through us you get the setup, the migration and someone local to call, which is what most businesses are actually paying for.
Do you host websites you did not build?
Usually yes. Send us the current hosting details and we will tell you whether it moves cleanly.
What happens to our data if we stop using you?
It is yours and it leaves with you. We will assist with the migration out rather than making it difficult.
