Cameras That Still Work at 2am
Most CCTV complaints are not about picture quality. They are about the night the footage was needed and the system had been offline for a fortnight without anyone noticing.
We design, supply and install camera systems for offices, warehouses, retail premises, schools and private property across Namibia. The specification comes from walking the site, not from a box on a shelf, because the right camera for a dark loading bay is not the right camera for a reception desk.
Cameras are network devices and they fail like network devices. Underpowered switches, undersized PoE budgets and cabling that was never meant to carry video are behind most systems that drop overnight. Because we build the cabling and the network too, we size all of it together rather than hoping the existing setup copes.
Every installation is handed over with remote viewing configured on your phone and computer, so you can check the site without driving to it.

Common Questions
What CCTV brands do you install?
We supply and install Hikvision as our main line, covering analogue and IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, ColorVu low light and thermal cameras.
Can I view my cameras from my phone?
Yes. Remote viewing is configured on both phone and computer as part of the installation, and we show you how to use it before we leave.
How long is footage kept?
That depends on camera count, resolution and recorder storage. We size the storage to the retention period you need and tell you what it will hold before you buy anything.
Will the cameras work at night?
The ones we specify for dark areas will. ColorVu cameras hold colour in very low light and thermal cameras work in none at all. Which you need depends on the site, which is what the survey establishes.
Can you add cameras to a system we already have?
Often yes, if the recorder has spare channels and the network can carry the extra load. We will check both before quoting rather than after.
Do you maintain systems after installation?
Yes. Camera systems drift out of alignment, lenses get dirty and drives fill up. Maintenance can be included in a managed IT agreement or booked as needed.
