Welcome to M1 Technologies (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, or using our website or purchasing any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
M1 Technologies provides IT support, IT sales and supplies, web design, hosting, graphic design, network infrastructure, software development, and related technology solutions. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
All prices are in Namibian Dollars (N$) unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms are as stated on quotations, invoices, or contracts.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension until outstanding balances are settled.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
For hardware and software sales, ownership transfers only after full payment is received.
All website content, designs, software code, and materials developed by M1 Technologies remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

All sales of hardware, software, and digital services are final unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where M1 Technologies is unable to deliver the service due to our own fault and where the client has provided full cooperation.
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind or personal circumstances after payment.
Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, access, or approvals.
Services that have already commenced, been delivered, or substantially completed.
Digital products, software licenses, or hosting services once activated.
For pre-paid service agreements, early termination by the client will result in forfeiture of any unused portion of the payment.
In all cases, M1 Technologies reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for refunds.
The client must provide accurate and up-to-date information for the execution of services.
The client must ensure they have proper backups and security measures for their systems unless contracted otherwise.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:
Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Engages in unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Fails to make timely payments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, failing which they will be referred to the appropriate courts in Namibia.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
